The Night Hialeah Police Left a Man for Dead
A Homeless man is taken into custody by two police officers, Otano and Orfila. They drive the homeless man, Mr. Jose Ortega--Gutierrez, to a destination that was not law enforcement related to a secluded area where he was beaten and left for dead by the two officers. The Blue Line Gang Exposes the two Blue Line Gang Members and give honor to the Detective who arrested them. This is a true story. The people are real.
The Story is real. it brings us back to the Jim Crow era in the 1960's where Black Americans were treated as sub-human and unwanted...like Mr. Jose Otega-Gutierrez whom business owner wanted him gone and those two officers found an unwanted homeless man that they thought nobody would miss.
Another win for "The True Blue". Mr. Ortega-Gutierrez was rescued and The True Blue arrested two of The Blue Line Gang Members.
Rafael Otano has been convicted: for felony Kidnapping and was sentenced to 5 yrs in prison. His DC prison number is: Q92054. He is currently imprisoned at the Wakulla Annex for inmates who need special protection. Mr. Orfila is still waiting trial and is considered innocent until proven guilty.
